initdbの時に、lc_messageがなんとかとか怒られるので、
initdb --encoding=C として、回避。
createdbの時にエンコーディングを正しく指定すれば大丈夫。
TCP/IP Connection に関しては、
/usr/pkg/etc/rc.d/pgsqlに、
# pgsql_flags="-i" # allows TCP/IP connections
# pgsql_flags="-i -l" # enables SSL connections
を加えてrestart。(書いてあった。。。)
